1. Do you travel?

Yes, I travel! I love capturing memories in beautiful locations near and far. A travel fee of $1 per mile applies for locations outside my standard service area (to and from the destination). Let’s chat about your dream location!

2. Do you help with planning our session?

I’m here to help make your session stress-free and enjoyable! From outfit coordination to location selection and other details, I’ll guide you through the planning process to ensure your photos reflect your style and vision. Let’s create a session that feels natural, beautiful, and uniquely you!

3. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?

Monday–Thursday booking fee: $60

Friday–Sunday booking fee: $75

Please note, the booking fee does not apply toward the final balance. It secures your spot on the calendar and allows me to reserve that time specifically for you.

Weekend sessions are more limited and are priced higher due to availability and time away from my family. This is not negotiable and applies to all bookings.

Once the booking fee is paid, your session will be officially confirmed.

Rescheduling Policy:

✔️ I allow one reschedule at no additional charge.

✔️ If a session needs to be rescheduled more than once, a new booking fee will be required.

I understand that life happens, and I strive to be as flexible as possible while ensuring fairness to all clients. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

4. Do you offer digital files, prints, or albums?

All of your images will be delivered electronically via a personalized web link. You’ll have up to 15 days to download your gallery as many times as you wish on unlimited devices. Some of my collections include a beautiful photo album or a canvas, it all depends on the collection you choose! Let’s chat and find the perfect fit for you. 😊📸

Feel free to share your link with family and friends and provide them with the PIN# to download images as well.

In addition to digital files, I offer online print orders directly through my website. You can easily order high-quality prints and products to preserve and display your photos beautifully.

5. DO YOU OFFER ADDITIONAL EDITS OUTSIDE OF THE COLLECTION CHOSEN?

If you'd like more photos beyond what's included in your collection, I’d be happy to discuss pricing with you!

6. WHAT IF I LOSE MY IMAGES?

Life happens, and if you ever misplace your digital files, don’t worry! I keep all of your edited images safely stored on an external hard drive. If you need your gallery uploaded again, I can do so for a $75 upload fee.

7. WHEN IS THE PAYMENT DUE FOR MY SESSION?

Payment for your session is due on the day of your session. To keep everything smooth and simple, there are no exceptions to this policy. I want to ensure we can focus on creating beautiful memories together without any distractions!

8. How long till I receive the final photos?

Photography is beautifully unpredictable, and editing each session with care takes time! Typically, I aim to deliver your gallery within 2-3 weeks, depending on how busy I am. There may be times when it takes a little longer, but I promise to always keep you updated and be 100% transparent about turnaround times.

If you need your gallery sooner, I do offer a rush service for $125. This fee reflects the extra time and effort required to move your gallery ahead in the queue, as it impacts the editing process for my other clients.
